FAQ

What does out-of-network mean?

I am out-of-network with all insurance carriers, which means that you can use out-of-network benefits if you have them. Often times, you will have a deductible to meet before visits are covered at some extent. However, many clients submit a receipt of payment to their insurance carriers and get part, if not all, of the costs of their visits reimbursed.

Do you also offer training?

Helping you meet your performance goals is part of what I do! From injury to performance, I am there for you! However, if I am not the right person to help, I have plenty of others to refer you to. Again, I believe in transparency and will let you know if I do not believe I am capable of helping.

How many times do you usually see your clients?

It depends, though on average, 3-6 visits is the usual number unless you are recovering from surgery. That means less time spent doing rehab and more enjoying life!

How do you accept payment?

At the moment, cash payments may either be settled on the spot with cash, check or money transfer (e.g Venmo, Zelle, PayPal) or paid later on after receipt of your bill. Otherwise, you will be responsible for whatever is not covered by your insurance.

Can I do the exercises you show without seeing a doctor?

Not necessarily. My exercises are suggestions and are by no means intended to replace a more thorough assessment and evaluation of your condition.
